| The council of the
institute is the institution that makes strategic decisions,
the council will be held once every six months. |

Main duty of the
dean |
|
1- To make developing
plans and annual working plans of the institute according to
the goal of the institute.
2- To fix the research programs.
3- To plan the appropriation budget of the institute; to collect
research funds and to manage the use of the funds.
4- In charge of the daily management works of the institute.
5- To lead all specialists and co-workers of the institute and
to make the institute a well-known institute world-wide. |

deputy dean |

1- To assist the
dean when making developing plans and annual working plans of
the institute.
2- To assist the dean and to carry out the research of all programs.
3- To collect research funds and to manage the use of the funds.
4- To carry on the daily management works of the institute. |

|
1- To make plans
of the research programs according to the developing plans and
annual working plans of the institute.
2- To collect research funds and to manage the use of the funds.
3- To lead all specialists and co-workers of the institute and
to make sure the research programs to be finished in time with
excellent quality. |
